My grand daughter & I Entered at 323 pm … there were 4 customers ( WYT WMN) being served & 2 techs standing doing nothing but we were denied services ….the door clearly says 11-5pm ( heard one of the patrons being serviced laugh) joke NOT on us … but I’d laugh too cause they just lost 2 loyal customers
There have been times over the last three years I would give this salon a 5 rating, but I find them inconsistent and after my last appointment I'll be looking for a new salon. My usual nail tech wasn't working the day of my appointment and when asked who else could do my nails, I said "Your best person." Unfortunately for me it was one of the owners. I got acrylic nails and they messed up the gel polish and still did not do it right.
