My pedicure was great. The lady did a wonderful job. The man who did my nails did a crappy job. He was annoyed that he had to do them and by the time I was done my paint was starting to chip and crack just from putting on my shoes. I would ask them to fix it but I’d rather go somewhere else and get my paint done over. That’s how bad he was. So much for my happy birthday.

I was glad to get a manicure since it's been awhile. My first white tip set. He did a really great coat. Just would have like them to be a lot neater.

My daughter requested a soak off service and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, however was very disappointed the residue is still present on the nails including pieces of the gel. Explaining ourselves seems pointless especially since the second tech came over to observe and help assist. We paid with no tip. Not having a repeat customer as well is a loud enough statement. I hope they take their service more seriously.

My grand daughter & I Entered at 323 pm … there were 4 customers ( WYT WMN) being served & 2 techs standing doing nothing but we were denied services ….the door clearly says 11-5pm ( heard one of the patrons being serviced laugh) joke NOT on us … but I’d laugh too cause they just lost 2 loyal customers
