I am new to the area and am looking for a salon. This one was close to my new home so I thought to give it a try. The pedicure was great! The powder dip at first was okay. However, the next day a nail broke! And then, subsequently another broke, then another up to 5 nails broke within 5 days! I feel the nail tech did not put enough coats on my nails! Prior to my move from MA, I had the same nail tech for 15 years and NEVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE RESULT! I will never go back here again!
Absolutely horrible experience. I got my nails done here and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The nails were way too thick and looked bulky and unnatural. To make matters worse, one of them fell off after just three days — clearly not done properly. I ended up with a nail fungus from this place. I’ve never had this happen before at any salon, so I know it was due to poor hygiene or improper technique. This was an awesome experience for me and my husband on his birthday! They took their time and were extremely particular and friendly during our pedicure! We highly recommend this amazing place with a huge thumbs up! This is definitely our new go to in Nashville when we feel the need to be pampered!
