This was my first visit and I really wanted to like it. I booked online for a full set pink and white ombré and a pedicure. When I got here they did not have my appointment on the books so I showed him the reminder email. I had to sit and wait until they figured this drama out. I came in for an Ultimate Pedicure after booking an appointment online and receiving a confirmation email. Unfortunately, I was left sitting for over 30 minutes with my feet in cold water. While I was waiting, other people walked in after me, were seated after me, and were still serviced before me. Came in with 6 month outgrown eyebrows so I could get a nice shape. And all they did was mess them up, took most of my eyebrow off and didn’t even give them a shape, they’re straight, thin and not what I wanted at all! That girl has no idea what she’s doing! I’m about to leave on a family trip and have to walk around with stupid eyebrows. Never come here, they suck.
Went there for the first time this week and the space is beautiful, the staff is polite. Wendy was my nail tech and she was phenomenal! I loved my pedi and nails. She was quick and very friendly. I will definitely be going back!
I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in for a pedicure and gel manicure and was told “no problem,” then sat for over 10 minutes even though there were only 3–4 customers. The same man who greeted me then came back and asked what I wanted and why I was there, which was confusing and unprofessional. When the pedicure finally started, the nail tech cut me twice, badly enough that I was bleeding and she had to apply pressure for a while to stop it.
