I want to start by saying my first experience here was great, which is why I continued coming back. I really like this salon and appreciate that their services are affordable, but unfortunately my experiences have gotten worse with each visit. At my most recent appointment, I had a 1:00 PM pedicure scheduled and arrived at 12:58 PM. Cole did an awesome job on my fill of structured gel nails with a super pretty pearl iridescent gel color! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. I always love getting my nails done here they last forever and always look perfect.
Made an appointment Friday online for Sunday appointment. I received a confirmation via email about an hour later . Went Sunday at my confirmed appointment time & they were CLOSED. How you gonna confirm & then not be open. Found a different nail shop down the road that was great and took me in last minute. Check out Polish Me Studios! :)
This was my first visit and I really wanted to like it. I booked online for a full set pink and white ombré and a pedicure. When I got here they did not have my appointment on the books so I showed him the reminder email. I had to sit and wait until they figured this drama out. I came in for an Ultimate Pedicure after booking an appointment online and receiving a confirmation email. Unfortunately, I was left sitting for over 30 minutes with my feet in cold water. While I was waiting, other people walked in after me, were seated after me, and were still serviced before me.
