Edit: Instead of blaming a customer by suggesting that they are a “fake customer” simply because their experience does not align with your business. It would be more appropriate to acknowledge their concerns and take responsibility for addressing the situation. Dismissing a customer’s experience and implying that they are lying is completely unnecessary and does not resolve the issue. There is a long wait here, so be aware! The lady used a regular top coat over gel polish for some reason. My nails were chipped within a day.

This was my first time at this salon, and unfortunately I left feeling like people of color may be treated differently. My guest and I had already been there about 10 minutes when a white woman was seated next to me by the wall. She was immediately offered a drink, while neither of us had been offered anything. When my guest grabbed a drink himself, the employee below rudely asked if he had requested it and took it away from him in front of everyone on the salon. This was my first time visiting and the service was amazing, I felt bad bc it was already getting late and they kept telling me to stop apologizing that it was fine. The deluxe pedicure is definitely worth it but they do have a regular pedicure as well. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
