I needed my acrylics taken off and hadn’t been able to get to my usual nail salon. I stopped at Posh and rather than drill the acrylic down and let the rest soak, she used a nail tip to pop off the acrylic. It hurt a little and was taking half my nail with it so I asked her to let them soak and luckily she did and was less aggressive. Then I was asked if I wanted a manicure and said no. I have had good experiences here in the past, which makes this visit even more disappointing. I came in as a walk-in and was appreciative that they were able to take me, but not at the expense of the quality of the service. The technician repeatedly left me mid-service to attend to other clients, resulting in long periods of waiting and a very rushed finish. At multiple points, I tried to get her attention.
