1st time customer. I was serviced on Fri 9/25 12pm-1:30pm (estimated). I have no complaints about my gel Mani/Pedi. However, I am not satisfied with my eyebrows. The shape is beautiful, but I realized yesterday (9/26) that I have scabbing. The picture shows irritation/breakouts, but I find that to be normal. This was for date night so I’m happy the scabbing didn’t develop until the following day. I’ve never experienced this before when getting my eyebrows done and I’m sure with TLC, it’ll heal. I am used to getting my mani and pedi from an Asian or Hispanic. Therefore i was pleasantly surprised to see a black owned salon and hoped this would be my new salon home. There was no wait and Genesis was very attentive to me. Im going to be totally honest, I loved the vibe, the netflix movie that was playing and the conversation. Went there in the winter awful experience never again the gel polish starting coming out after two days and their attitude sucked don’t waste your time nor money
Amari was great, very professional & courteous. I came as a walk in from out of town visiting my sister & found her beautiful shop she didn't turn me away. Did a fantastic job, quickly and accurately. My nails look beautiful she gave me exactly what I asked for.
I really do not know why this place is still in business. Highly unprofessional staff besides Kayla , nobody wants to work. Had an Appointment with Fee on Saturday. Arrived On Time. Paid my deposit online and was turned away!! Business was not even crowded , it was 1 pm and all I wanted was an express Pedicure. When trying to Support a Black-owned Business goes wrong....
