Amari was great, very professional & courteous. I came as a walk in from out of town visiting my sister & found her beautiful shop she didn't turn me away. Did a fantastic job, quickly and accurately. My nails look beautiful she gave me exactly what I asked for.

I really do not know why this place is still in business. Highly unprofessional staff besides Kayla , nobody wants to work. Had an Appointment with Fee on Saturday. Arrived On Time. Paid my deposit online and was turned away!! Business was not even crowded , it was 1 pm and all I wanted was an express Pedicure. When trying to Support a Black-owned Business goes wrong....

I booked a pedicure for 12:10 PM, and since the salon’s Google listing says it opens at 10 AM, I expected it to be open when I arrived at 12:00 PM. Instead, the salon was locked. I waited several minutes, called both the salon and my assigned nail tech, but neither answered. Since I had to leave for work, I left around 12:20 PM. The salon has a beautiful interior and the staff were pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the appointment experience. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited an additional 35–40 minutes without any communication regarding the delay. There was no acknowledgment of the extended wait, nor was an apology or accommodation offered. I was also charged an extra $10 for a very minor add-on service. Better communication and respect for appointment times would greatly improve the overall customer experience.

Hi my beautiful people Let me blast Posh Nail Bar I should have been coming here much sooner rather than later. I have not had a pedicure like this for years now. Armanii was very professional the service was excellent and she really took her time it's nice when you have someone that takes pride in what they do . Hot stone massage, warm towels and all. Spa treatment that’s all I have to say . Not to mention melanin all the way. Nice to see and support.
