Let the star rating reflect the hostess and NOT the service. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been a certain hostess, this hostess that did my daughter’s mani was rude with vague instructions, eye rolls, and deep breaths. The lady that did my pedi was super sweet. She was using a standard nail file and ended up rubbing the skin at the tip of my toe a little too hard which hurt a bit but accidents happen when dealing with other peoples body parts. If I could give no star I would. I came to get a pedi, the lady was rough the whole time, she rushed, she kept trying to force me to have my legs a certain way which was uncomfortable for me, I will say this was the worse experience I ever had ever, she clipped my nails so short, towels smelled bad when they put them on, I’m not very happy with this. I won’t be back again. I could of done a better job myself.
My mom, sister and I went here tonight for a pedicure. We all selected a pedicure priced at $65. The front desk lady never stated gel was an extra charge, the paper with the types of pedicures to choose from never stated gel polish was an extra charge and the ladies who did our pedicures never mentioned gel polish was an extra charge. This salon charged per person in my party $85!!! How is gel polish $20!? The lady I had didn’t even cut my cuticles, she also didn’t cut my actual nails she was rushing the whole time.
My daughter and I were 10 minutes earlier to the salon and everyone welcomed us the staff was so nice! Very clean lovely environment! 10 out of 10 recommend will definitely be returning! Mia was absolutely amazing my daughter enjoyed her very much! 💖
