Worse manicure I have ever had, she didn’t clean my cuticles, the nail polish looks uneven, and I have it all over my fingers. They tried to clean it but the all process was not a very good experience. The picture is after 3 days of the service. Basic manicure = they don't care at all!

I spent $160 for a mani/pedi. People were nice but my nails looked horrible later in the night. I guess the gel was old. I went back the next day and they offered to fix. I went with totally different color and it started changing colors too. I didn’t have time to get toes redone but after 2 screwups I won’t be going back.

I’ve been coming here 3 years. I tip 10,15, and $20 most days. Today was not busy. I asked for the classic pedicure because I only had an hour. My service began at 4:55 and ended 13 minutes later; this service was $35/30 min. The technician neither massaged my left foot nor did she clean under my nails.
