Loved my experience. I had Botox and Dr. Burns was kind, efficient, and professional. The results are perfect and I will never go anywhere else! Exceptional prices, staff, atmosphere, and high quality products/service. This spot is an old town gem. Strongly recommend.
I went here for Botox. I regularly get 20 units that work great. The owner talked me into 40 units it didn’t work. I had to come back. She treated me again and I still had a lot of movement. I paid twice as much as I usually pay for no results. Something is wrong when at other facilities 20 units work this place 40 units did not. Stop emailing me. Everyone is very friendly/professional great place! Great results
I watched Diane pick her nose before entering the room. Never once did I see her wash her hands throughout my entire visit. I told her i wanted a day to relax and vented about my coworkers and their tangential need to speak constantly. she proceeded to vent her issues to me in kind, leaving not a moment of silence. If i want to visit yapville again i'll be sure to stop by.
