Chegámos ao hotel e não tínhamos os nossos 3 quartos reservados há 6 meses, apenas 1. É uma vergonha pq não arranjaram solução. Queria dar 0 de avaliação mas não dá. Muito fraco.
Como é possivel chegarmos, temos reserva feita e paga e não temoa quarto. Temoa reserva feita para 3 quartos e só temos 1 quarto livre....
