Love this spot! Everyone was so nice. They even sent a text to remind me of my appointment. I went in for a haircut and Denise gave me layers. She was very precise. They even have complimentary drinks coffee, tea, and champagne.
I have been coming to this salon for over 8 years and always leave genuinely happy with my cut. Any stylist I’ve had always cut with technique and was pleasant to interact with. I always recommend this salon to anyone looking to switch salons. They always offer a beverage and the salon is beautiful.
Having frequented this salon for 10 years & having my hair cut with Cassie, I was extremely disappointed yesterday with my experience with Denisse. Her energy with me was abysmal. She was extremely rough in brushing my curly hair when dry, she kept telling me she did not understand what I wanted her to do (which was trim my hair to make it even!!), and she made me feel like I was an annoyance.
