Didn't listen or doesn't have the skill to execute a simple cut. I asked for two things: front slightly longer than the back and undercut so the top layer is smooth. Provided a photo of exactly the cut (my profile photo is the cut on me--should have been no confusion). BUT, Carol asked no questions and cut it shorter in front, longer in back with a ton of frizzy over layers instead of smooth undercut. Flares out at the bottom like Bozo the Clown... CAROL IS AMAZING! I had a bad experience with lash extensions & had to get my lashes fixed out-of-state. When I returned to FL, I needed to find someone to continue my fills. Carol’s hair cuts are great! My curly hair loses its hair when it grows out, but not when Carol cuts it. Very happy with the results.
