Highly offended!!!! Have brought my Jeep there maybe twice. Pulled up today to be greeted by an attended to tell me “you can’t go, You (while pointing at me) broke the machine last time”. I haven’t been there in over two month BUT will never return! Advertises $1.00 extra for trucks, SUVs. $2.00 extra for oversized vehicles. Slightly larger tires mean that I was the one who broke the machine? Why advertise you take larger vehicles to personally offend someone!
First time in here and for sure LAST TIME. WORST CAR WASH I EVER WENT BEFORE. Get in out from a car wash and this is my SUV looks like need to go to a car wash after get in out of this car wash.
I’ve been coming here for a car wash a long time. I was told because it’s Valvoline and it’s corporate their is no military discount. Shame on you! Done with this place.
Dont get you car washed. they dont clean and break your window and blame you for it

I had my car detailed and they did a great job so I then got my sons car the posh pro shampoo and omg the inside looks brand new again. It smells so nice and clean.we bought his car used and it always smelled like wet dog, but not anymore. Ty posh

Haven’t had one problem and have belonged to this place for a year now. Got the unlimited high end plan for 50$ a month so the rain x coat only cost me 3$ extra and worth every penny. Like any other Carwash the dudes sometimes don’t do the best job of wiping down the car afterwards but this is the real world and I expect human error from time to time. Not exactly life or death heart surgery being performed.
