Let me start by saying I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. Iesha not only provides the best customer service but has excellent communication skills. As soon as I walk into her shop I always feel welcomed and relaxed. Iesha helps my skin tremendously every time I visit, and I will forever be grateful. Be sure to book her and check her out on her social media platforms.
Terrible communication. Had a booked appointment for 11am. Its currently 11:14 and nobody is answer the door, or picking up their phones. Super unprofessional setting.
Iesha is extremely professional & informative about the products and corrective plans she has for my skin. The environment is SUPER relaxing & clean. She boosted my confidence and reassured me that it could be corrected. I’m already seeing a difference in my skin after only one session. I can’t wait for my next visit!
Communication and professionalism isnt present with this buisness, if there was an option for no stars I would select it. The experience with this buisness has been nothing but headaches. Went to the first appointment with no issues but on the second appointment they moved the time and day without reaching out, and when I got to the appointment we had to wait 30 minutes after the original time. I found this place on Instagram and booked a new customer discounted facial . Booking was easy and fast . Lesha took care of my facial . She was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing . I had the best facial ! It was relaxing and not rushed . I decided then to buy a acne package. Each session is like the first time .
