I discovered Posh thru a local magazine ad, Frederick Lifestyle magazine. I went for a consultation and knew within several minutes that this was the right place and the right person. This was my first visit to Posh Aesthetics, and Tanzi was absolutely incredible! She took the time to explain everything in detail, which made me feel so comfortable and informed throughout the entire experience. The spa itself is stunning—such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better first visit. I highly recommend!!!
