My daughter had an appt with Micah. We had heard she could do blond and she wanted her highlights brought back up since it had been about a year since she had them done. Micah was very sweet, we had confidence she could do it. During the process she made concerning comments about not being sure what to do, asked follow stylist for suggestions. I love getting my haircut at this place. Masters does an amazing job. Very attentive. Very caring. She gets sometimes can talk your ear off but it's part of the friendliness. The place is clean and very professional and very welcoming

Went in for a color correction the owner Sabrina promised she could fix. At the end of an EXTREMELY lengthy appoint (7 1/5 hours!) and $325 later (also way more than I was estimated) my hair was still not fixed. I asked if we could continue to the process another day and she informed me we could. When confirming later on I was told it would be another $380 to continue. Came for a 4pm appointment for my two year old and was told when I got there five minutes prior that they are 30 minutes behind. A custersy call would have been nice. Had to put my screaming toddler back in the car right after taking him out. Not fun or professional.
