I would leave zero stars if I could. I’m sitting in the chair now being told my gift certificate is not valid because of a new owner and I waited almost a year to use it. That should not matter when there is a valid date on it and I have not surpassed it. After being up sold to the most expensive service is when I was informed my valid gift certificate was not longer valid because of a new owner. I will never come back . Drove all the way down here from Spring Branch because online says they are open till 730. I got here at 7:10 and the guy outside smoking (who works there) said they’re closed. I only needed to get my eyebrows done. You need to change your business hours if you can’t stay open to your online and posted door hours and also you should also turn off the two open signs you have on the front of your building that way people know you’re closed and not to waste their time with you.

Absolutely horrible. She sliced open my toe it bled and bled. They had no Band-Aids tried to glue it, but it kept bleeding. Took my card to pay and charged extra money on my card because she knew I would not be back. Chased me to my car and told me That I would be OK and I needed to come back. I told her to get the heck away from me and my car as my foot was bleeding completely through my sandal.
