Drove all the way down here from Spring Branch because online says they are open till 730. I got here at 7:10 and the guy outside smoking (who works there) said they’re closed. I only needed to get my eyebrows done. You need to change your business hours if you can’t stay open to your online and posted door hours and also you should also turn off the two open signs you have on the front of your building that way people know you’re closed and not to waste their time with you.

Absolutely horrible. She sliced open my toe it bled and bled. They had no Band-Aids tried to glue it, but it kept bleeding. Took my card to pay and charged extra money on my card because she knew I would not be back. Chased me to my car and told me That I would be OK and I needed to come back. I told her to get the heck away from me and my car as my foot was bleeding completely through my sandal. Do not come here! From the beginning it was a disaster. They kept pushing this Tap gel that I repeatedly said I didnt want, then they cut my nails short when I wanted them long so then they had to add extensions. Then the color I chose came out bubbly and thick and the lady said that the book was old, how was that my fault??? Then my nails broke within 3 days! I came back to grt them off and just shellac put on and they wanted to recharge me! Do not come here.
