I love Poseyland. The shop was so fun and festive and the staff extremely warm and welcoming. The flowers were simply the best as usual. Thanks, Poseyland!
I am very disappointed with the florist. I sent a arrangement to a local place and paid for a mylar balloon and they never sent the mylar balloon. When I emailed them about a refund for the balloon their was no response. Luckily the receipient said the bouquet was beautiful, but her description was different from what I picked out.
I have used this florist before.This time I was very disappointed in the service and the bouquet that was delivered. The flowers were sparse and what was promised in the arrangement was left out. It looked to be thrown together with left overs.
