I didn’t really take the time to look at Google reviews before signing as their tenant bc I was in a rush to find a place. I’m so glad I didn’t bc I think their rating would have freaked me out. I’ve had such a great experience as a Posey tenant. They always answer during business hours, they respond to my emails. (Thank you to Erika for always being kind and on top of her game.) Posey Properties has managed our rental houses for close to 30 years. They do a terrific job. They are easy to work with and always on time with statements. I have previously recommended Posey Properties Realtors for rental home management to my associates. Without any reluctance, I highly recommend Posey Properties for rental house management to any of my friends or associates.
We have been loyal tenants with Posey Properties for six years, from late 2018 to Jan 2025, and they have been the absolutely most disrespectful, unreliable, and dehumanizing management company we have ever worked with. Work orders were never completed, with few major issues given bandaid fix after bandaid fix. I have used Posey Properties for over 10 years for purchases and management of residential real estate. They are the best. They offer excellent research in order to select the best tenants and promptly resolve property issues and tenant issues at reasonable cost.
I’ve knew Carol at Posey Properties, when it was a fledgling Century 21 office in Plano. God rest her soul. I really appreciate the staff carrying on their great service and legacy. Well done and keep up the great work.
