Posey Property Realtors. A total terrible service and extremely poor communication from this management company. I was charged $200 for a “wipe found in the drain line,” even though we don’t have a baby, don’t use wipes, and never flush anything like that. We originally called maintenance because of a leak — not a clogged toilet — yet the charge was still placed on our account. "Property management" is a misnomer. Yet another property neglected by a real estate company or LLC that doesn't care about anything other than turning a profit.
Very responsive, friendly, helpful property management firm. After I sold my house, I thought I'd stay here for a year or two. But Posey is so efficient and easy to work with that I've been here four years with no end in sight. Very happy here.
I didn’t really take the time to look at Google reviews before signing as their tenant bc I was in a rush to find a place. I’m so glad I didn’t bc I think their rating would have freaked me out. I’ve had such a great experience as a Posey tenant. They always answer during business hours, they respond to my emails. (Thank you to Erika for always being kind and on top of her game.)
