February 2, 2019 My SUV seriously needed a wash, vacuum and inside wipe down. I went to my regular hand car wash spot and they were “10 deep.” I then made the mistake of going to Poseidon’s Hand Car Wash located at 7101 Jonesboro Rd in Morrow, Ga. Yes I did read all the negative reviews regarding how RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL the owner of the business is. But of course there were people who gave the business 4 and 5 Star ratings. Had a great experience yesterday. Staff was very courteous and professional will definitely be back!!!!! Customer service was extraordinary.
I arrived yesterday as I left Macon. I just googled a car wash place to get the ugly salt stains off my car from driving down from Wisconsin. As soon as I parked and got out of my car, I was greeted with a very friendly worker. Explained into detail what he was going to do, and how much it would be. OMG!!! Not only fast service and a very nice waiting area,where I met a retired Veteran of the Navy. My car was looking like it came off the show room!! Never seen my tires sparkle!!!
