Ez entrance , staff very attentive to all needs and so polite and helpful. Comfortable beds with a good view, lots of room. Nice bar area with live music and adjacent top quality restaurant. Quick walk to Church street and the Amway.
The staff is very helpful and gracious. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The culinary staff was wonderful and the food and wine was superb.
I recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend and from the time I pulled into valet until the time I left, I was treated like family. Phillip, the concierge, gave some excellent vegan suggestions within walking distance. I was asking for dinner options, he also gave lunch and breakfast options. One night we ate at the hotel restaurant and Justin, our server, was Awesome. Staff not very customer service orientated! Gym dirty, no wipes. Not for this kind of money-should have stayed at the Waldorf. Went against by better judgement ☹️
Amazing ! ~☆☆☆☆☆ Beautiful rooms with downtown sky view. Fantastic food, starbucks ( on property ) my personal Fave.... Sun. brunch with live music, the art room showcase and the Autograph collection room. Go there !!! :D

You must schedule a massage with Cynthia, and if you love Lamb? Theirs are to die for, succulent and well seasoned. The pianist and band provided the right music and atmosphere for the bar and lounge! The GB is a must if you're in Orlando.
Superb experience everybody in the kitchen department are very nice they are very helpful all the severs are nice but most of all the food salute to the chefs
