I had a dinner date with my Husband and the service was expectional and amazing! We will definitely return for special occasion!
This hotel is incredible. The one thing you will notice from Richard Kessler is the hotel is full of priceless art work.
What a fantastic experience! Samantha presented us champagne upon check in which was a flawless process. The room was roomy and very comfortable. The quality of the bed was excellent. We had apps in the bar before going to a show at the Amway Center. The calamari and margherita flat bread were both excellent and Reece was an outstanding bartender/server. It was a brief but outstanding visit and we will be back.
Super funky decor is cool, prime downtown location. Quite noisy with "Downtown ambiance". On floor 12, I was awaken by police, motorcycles, and car alarms.
Great boutique hotel with the Marriott service I was use to. Food was great. Loved the art work all around the hotel and the dark sexy feel.

I have never been taken care of so well in a hotel before!!! This hotel is nice but you're paying 3 star prices for 10 star service. I'll never stay anywhere in orlando again
