We just left from our stay and we had a great experience. We were in town only one night for a show. The location was perfect within walking distance to a ton of fabulous bars and restaurants. Valet was great and fast getting our vehicles. The front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is just beyond gorgeous. The photos online do not do it justice. Average room, average service. They do not accommodate vegetarians- cheese � could not even be substituted on the chucarterie plate. No late night room service.
Stayed here for the night to go and watch Sia and Miguel at the Amway Center. This hotel is so convenient to walk to the Amway Center. The food in the Bar area was amazing and the staff were very friendly. The beds were so comfortable I wish I could have took one home. Would defiantly recommend this hotel and will be back to stay again.
We just celebrated our 29th Wedding Anniversary. The staff was superb, making sure that it was a very romantic experience. We had a fantastic time!!���

Not impressed, maybe a 2 but rated 3. Arrived an hour later that our Marriot Mobile time, our room still wasn't ready. So had to wait until another hour. 5:45pm finally to room. Concierge level closed for Dec 19 until Jan 3. That was not expected. Staff at breakfast tried to over charge for breakfast even with the voucher. Too much trouble for a holiday. I'm a platinum member, so stay at a lot of Marriott hotels around the world.
We totally enjoyed our stay!! This hotel reminds us of why we are brand loyal to Marriott!! Beautiful hotel, excellent service, comfortable beds, and clean. Quality and luxury I am accustomed to with Marriott.
