Nothing short of incredible. Top notch staff and amenities. Genuinely the best deep tissue I’ve ever had and my girlfriend loved her facial. Will definitely return!
Todays experience was based on both my experience and my best friends. The receptionist staff was really sweet upon entering, and thorough. When i got to the changing room, I grabbed the robe and it smelled like mold/mildew ish. When I got back to the locker room and opened what I thought was the right locker, I realized my stuff was gone and I spazzed out a second to realize it was the locker next to it. An experience that left a mark for an eternity. When I spoke to management regarding what happened, my feelings were discredited and I was asked to share my experience to prevent future situations to reoccur in their business. This establishment displayed inappropriate behavior and left me feeling very uneasy and uncomfortable. An apology or a refund wasn’t going to fix the matter, but it was offered by management. Super stressful / Limited service and terrible customer relations more stressful dealing with the lack of ability to provide a scheduled time. Not a good choice won’t make this mistake again.
