I am a Dr. and paralegal; this company fraudulently charged my credit card for $1500 for less than 2 hours of work. After spending thousands of dollars with Poseidon over a 45-day period, my 1978 YSB 12 still won’t start. I won’t be calling your team to get it going as apparently there is no such thing as a “warranty repair” when the first repair by your tech doesn’t go well. So, while I haven’t yet posted anything on Google, I am considering posting all of what occurred, including my Poseidon Invoice Copies, Invoice Dates and amounts of repairs and replacement parts…still with no positive result. I used this company once and I don't recommend anyone using them now or in the future they fraudulently charged my card a second time without authorization for almost 500 dollars. I reported them to American Express and expressed concerns about filing a police report which is my next step. David refused to call me back as promised and he himself took this to the next level.

The best is when they block you from their page to remove the review. Here it is anyways, for Poseidon Mobile Marine of Ruskin Florida. Absolute trash. Lied, did not repair by boat and charged $600 to spray WD40 on a control arm. Continued to lie and argue the charge was valid. Then charged another $3500, over $1000 over quote after convincing me the would fix it after further inspection. Damaged transome plate, and did not complete the work. Demanded additional funds. CROOKS!! CROOKS!! CROOKS!! I requested their services to fix an issue with my outboard engine. They were UNABLE to determine the problem. They STILL charged me over $1,600!! The entire time, the technician did NOT disclose what fees I would be charged for him to endlessly trouble-shoot the engine. Basically, he was "riding the clock" so he could generate additional charges - again, WITHOUT telling me I was being charged for him to scratch his head and ponder what could possibly be wrong with my boat. Horrible company. They will take your credit card up front and then run up the bill. They bled my hydraulic steering system and replaced 6 butt connectors on my bilge pump. 7 hours of labor plus parts for a total of $1,600.00. Told me to take a hike and hung up on me when asked to negotiate a reasonable price for the work. Stay Away, I made a mistake, don't let this be you...
