Came quick to repair my boat. Fix some deep scratches. Very satisfied
Our experience with Poseidon Marine was extremely disappointing. A technician came to assess our boat, but no repairs or parts were installed. We were later charged over $1,000 without the authorization we were told would be required beforehand and were billed for several hours that we dispute. We made numerous attempts over the course of a week to resolve the issue directly with the company. Unfortunately, communication was poor, promised callbacks never happened, and several customer service interactions were rude and end... read more
Great customer service! Speedy turn around when it came to fixing my boat. Highly recommend.
Stay FAR AWAY from this company. They are scam artists. I originally contacted Poseidon Marine through the contact form on their website to schedule a technician to diagnose why my boat wouldn’t start. I explained to Luke (the only employee I ever spoke with by phone) that I believed it was a fuel line issue and wanted someone to inspect the boat, determine the problem, and then send me a quote if repairs were needed. I never authorize repairs before receiving an estimate. Instead, the technician came out, performed repairs ... read more
Tech service was great with no found issues. Only reason I gave them a star. Annual/100hr service for Yamaha F150. Received verbal estimate of $13-1400 understanding service would be performed at my Marina. Subsequently learned they were banned from providing service at my Marina, but I was willing to work with them since they were right next door. They suggested I drop my boat off at their dock and “they would handle the rest.” After I picked the boat up, I discovered they charged my cc $3900!!!! And they have yet to spea... read more
I hired Poseidon Marine to install a Bimini top on my boat and have been disappointed by both the billing practices and the handling of my concerns afterward. Before scheduling the work, I was quoted a labor rate of $175 per hour and was specifically told there would be no service call fee. After the work was completed, I was billed a $215 service call fee and charged labor at $215 per hour, contrary to what was represented to me. The job was a straightforward Bimini installation, yet I was billed for 3.4 hours of labor. I... read more
1‑Star Review — Poseidon Marine FL Miami I contacted Poseidon Marine FL Miami on June 9th to schedule service and was given an appointment for the next morning at 8:00 AM. The technician didn’t arrive until 8:50. During his evaluation, he said the boat needed a cable and a bilge pump and told me the office would send an estimate. At 11:02 AM, Jose from the office called saying the cable would be $150 and asked for authorization to buy the part. At 12:17 PM, he called again asking to purchase a bilge pump for an estimated $2... read more
Zero stars. They are the worst business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Fraudulent charges, overbilling, don't answer the phone when questioned why the charge was roughly 3x what we agreed to. Absolutely horrible experience and they still didn't fix it but charged our credit card. Stay far away from them.
I am a Dr. and paralegal; this company fraudulently charged my credit card for $1500 for less than 2 hours of work. I am Sueing them in civil court and if you want your bad experience added to the case at no charge to you send me an email to paralegalltd@gmail.com If we get together we can stop this company from doing what they have done to many times and have hurt people and fraudulently taken their money according to the reviews. I would recommend no one use them ever. Not only do they take peoples hard owned money their s... read more
