Andy was highly recommend by a real estate agent that we were using and trusted so used him for an inspection of a home that we were interested in buying. He was incredibly thorough and professional and we learned a lot about the home during the inspection. He literally checked every single electrical outlet. He pointed out a lot of features of the house that a standard inspection would likely not identify. If you're looking to buy a house, you should definitely use him, especially if you have a lot of questions about it.

Could not be happier with Andy at Poseidon Home Inspections. He was super thorough and very informative. He had me by his side during the entire inspection and did a great job at pointing out different hazards and safety items. His detailed report came in very handy. An absolute wonderful experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to get a home inspection done.

Andy knows everything about anything and methodically works through the house to ensure you are both educated on the inner workings of the home as well as ensures you have all the details to properly maintain the home go forward.
