After having received an exemplary service, I want to tell everyone how great this company is - both as far as customer service and quality! I have an 12-year old berber carpet in my townhouse - I used traditional steam cleaner before but the carpet still looked awful and I honestly thought I'd have to spend hundreds to get a new carpet.
