Excellent Food – I travel for work and don't spend much time in Asheville, but sometimes I go out of my way to stop off there just to dine at Posana. Excellent food and great service!
Fabulous Gluten Free Restaurant – The first time I've eaten out in several years due to food allergies. We went to Asheville for a weekend just because I had read about Posana being 100% GF and it was wonderful. The servers and Peter were very helpful in determining what other foods I could have w/my dairy & soy allergies as well. You would never know the food was GF. SUPERB chef & proprietor – The food was absolutely fabulous. We've eaten world wide and recommend this place. It's relatively new, yet Peter and Martha have created a unique superb establishment with outstanding food. Prices are reasonable. Food is unique, creative, and delicious. The lunch menu with the succulent scalops are highly recommended. Dinner (yes, we returned 5 days straight to this place) was great quality... everything was fresh and well prepared. Highest quality food.
