RecommendedLived at posada for 2 years I would recommend living here. Tina helped me with the process while my husband was deployed. The office staff was friendly and helpful and I never waited long for maintenance requests. I didn’t pay any crazy move out fees like other places would try to charge.I am definitely going to miss the staff at posada del rio.
I moved here last February. As much as I thought about just moving back to Indiana, I'm actually content with coming here and giving Tucson another chance. You really can't find a better place & better people than here for the price you pay. Shane & Tina are friendly & great, maintenance is quick (great job gentlemen), in-unit washer and dryer, fireplace (I may use in Dec & Jan 🤷♀️), and you are close to Walmart, Costco, Fry's, restaurants, etc. Also, there is a pool, hot tub, grills, a common area to watch TV or a movie. ... read more
We lived here for about a year, and couldn't say enough good things about the place. It had decent living space, good amenities (and this was before the reno), and staff that would do anything to make you feel comfortable. If Shane, Tina and Todd are still there, they were really, really impressive.
