The apartments are squeaky old, they don't renew anything at all. Same old carpets, sinks, appliances, etc. The manager is a mentally ill character, be prepared to be yelled at and get your privacy invaded if you move in those apts, she's not professional at all and there's no one else you can complain to. Maintenance service sucks too mainly because of her procrastination. Also, you'll never get your deposit back. Do not even consider those apts.
