Nice canvases but rude. It was like I was interrupting their day to come in and ask if they have a particular thread. Suggested I call another store to have them help me. Disappointing for a store that really relies on repeat business.

I was so excited to have a local needlepoint store when I moved to Charlotte, but unfortunately, my experiences at Po’s have been consistently disappointing. I’m rarely greeted or offered assistance when I walk in (despite that I am often the only one in the store), and the staff often seem distracted or preoccupied with personal conversations. It’s not a welcoming atmosphere, and I’ve never found the team to be particularly helpful, positive, or engaged.

I always have such a great experience at Po's Point! I've been going there for the past few years and have developed relationships with the women who work in the store - who doesn't love a friendly greeting :). I really value their thoughtfulness during the kitting process. It's very helpful to talk through what fibers would be the best fit and as well as color matching. Disappointed in the employees my daughter is new at needlepoint and went into their store to purchase some items and they were very rude to her. I have since directed her to a store in Charleston that i order from online and she visits that area several times a year.
