Aditya Singh of POS Central, have assisted me to setup my Bixolon and Zebra printers via remote access. Took us few days and he patiently but very knowledgeable worked on it plus the label software to use. In short, he didnt leave me hanging for some answers. Highly commendable :)

Unbelievable customer service for an online shop. They realized I'd ordered the wrong printer before they even sent it and called to confirm and switched it out. Then, when I needed a little support, Tina had it sorted in seconds. Could not recommend them more.
