Awful company to deal with. Their staff will give you the round around if you require support for printers purchased from them and are under warranty. They also keep sending unsolicited emails with no “unsubscribe” option, which is completely illegal in Australia. Buyers beware.
Absolutely horrible support, I had a good initial experience with Andrew but since then it's just gone downhill. One of our units was faulty, I logged a warranty in April and I still haven't received a replacement unit. I was initially told it was not in warranty, I had to dig out the invoice and show that we were nowhere near 12 months after purchase. I have had to constantly follow up to ask where the replacement unit is and constantly get rubbish excuses.
After trying to setup multiple printers by myself without success, @Aditya helped me in a thorough and professional manner. 5 Star support!
We have bought Ubereats printers from this company and when our printer was not working, Andy and Deepak from the company were very prompt and proactive in resolving the problem. Great after service customer support experience. Thank you
