Unbelievable customer service for an online shop. They realized I'd ordered the wrong printer before they even sent it and called to confirm and switched it out. Then, when I needed a little support, Tina had it sorted in seconds. Could not recommend them more.

Awful company to deal with. Their staff will give you the round around if you require support for printers purchased from them and are under warranty. They also keep sending unsolicited emails with no “unsubscribe” option, which is completely illegal in Australia. Buyers beware.
Absolutely horrible support, I had a good initial experience with Andrew but since then it's just gone downhill. One of our units was faulty, I logged a warranty in April and I still haven't received a replacement unit. I was initially told it was not in warranty, I had to dig out the invoice and show that we were nowhere near 12 months after purchase. I have had to constantly follow up to ask where the replacement unit is and constantly get rubbish excuses.
