I'm very happy at broadstreet Properties portview Landing. The site manager and staff, maintenance, cleaners are all so friendly and welcoming. It feels like a safe family and pet oriented space. They all keep up with the landscape, garbage removal, have a garden area for those who love gardening, I've found snow removal is done almost right away, quick fixes and repairs or change of batteries in smoke detectors done in quick response. I have just passed the 3 years, 1 month mark of living in the Portview landing apartments. I've been a renter for more than 20 years in communities all across the province and this has hands down been the best renting experience ever. Super helpful and responsive management and maintenance staff - the property is always kept as close as immaculate as you can expect in a place where people live. I recently had the need to move my ailing mother into long term care from her Portview Landing- Broadstreet Properties apartment in Port Alberni. This was a complicated move given that I live out-of-province and the fact that an uncooperative sibling lived with her. Throughout the entire process, Sarah (Site Manager) proved to be a god-send.
