Don't rent from this company, they lie about everything - quick to take your money, increase your rent, give you a line of BS about how much they value customer service, but in fact they could care less. We had a wonderful experience staying at port view landing. We lived there for about 18 and found the location to be very convenient and relatively quiet at night. Both staff and online support where great to deal with when ever problems came up. Most issues would be addressed within a day or two with anything major getting looked at within hours. Would highly recommend giving this place a look if you’re thinking about moving to town or just looking for a new place to stay.
3% means in 5 years the rents up 4500 a year. Do the math people. They bullshitted over the affordable aspect of there project, very few spots. This place was a loss for are town.
I'm very happy at broadstreet Properties portview Landing. The site manager and staff, maintenance, cleaners are all so friendly and welcoming. It feels like a safe family and pet oriented space. They all keep up with the landscape, garbage removal, have a garden area for those who love gardening, I've found snow removal is done almost right away, quick fixes and repairs or change of batteries in smoke detectors done in quick response.
