If could give one start I usually would I’ll give the unit credit it was a decent suite a lil small but did its job. Elizabeth was nice at first but became very unfriendly and rude I heard multiple stories from others who moved out before us. We moved out just ending of march and out of no where she trying to stick us with cleaning fees and lie about the state of our unit when I have photos from my cleaner I hired
We are current tenants of Portview Landing for 10 months now. I received an email from Broadstreet asking for a review. PROs: -Elizabeth is kind, professional, and pleasant to deal with, and so have the other people that we have worked with in getting here: Amanda and Darlene. -Newer buildings and aesthetically pleasing -repairs and questions are dealt with in a timely manner. CONs: -Units are poorly sound proofed, I can hear the people below us move a chair, cell phone ring, cough/sneeze, children run etc. We are also next ... read more

Been with broadstreet properties since they built in port. Always great and friendly people around. Very few problems and always helped with their 24 hour line and maintenance workers who are also very kind and always get the job done. Personally accommodated us in moving from apartment to new town homes which are amazing and spacious. The only thing we need now is a park for the kids as theres dog parks and garden boxes. Allowing pets let alone two is hard to find now a days so thats excellent as well.
