Purchased a vehicle over the phone with salesman. Was told I would have check in hand and ready to drive away following day. Following day arrives, check in hand at dealership and was told by salesman that vehicle would not be ready to drive away today. Salesman knew this for hours without notifying me, knowing exactly what time I would be arriving and I lived 45 minutes away.
