I bought a Groupon to get my blown out and styled. I showed the stylist what I was looking for, told her to have some fun with it. In the end, I felt like a 12 year old with YouTube would have given me more attention and effort. I cannot believe she is paid to do this. She didn’t seem like she cared. She did two little braids and then looked at me, inconvenienced, and asked if I wanted anything else. I wish I knew her name, she never introduced herself to me and didn’t answer when I asked it.

I had my appointment with Alex today for a hair cut and kerastase treatment. He was friendly and super knowledgeable. I just got the first great haircut I've had in a long while. He earned a customer and I would highly recommend Portsmouth Spa. :)
