Terrible customer service, can never speak to anyone on the phone. Take extra money when they aren’t supposed to. Nothing gets done. Poor communication. Overall when my lease is up I will definitely be leaving this company. Do not recommend.I am referring to the Kingston location.
I'm in the Camelot Building. I had asked a year previously if I could decorate outside my window on ground floor with a few outdoor decorations. I was told yes, at my expense. This year I'm told to remove all decorations and was told that the board of directors told them I was placing my decorations on the parking lot or close to the parking lot. That was never the case. Someone else in the building has their decorations on the ground and they never received a letter to remove their decorations when they have a second floor ... read more
