The staff were professional and helpful! Unfortunately, the corporate directives of not allowing the check in person to sit and speak face-to-face with the patient is ludicrous and creates a negative experience unnecessarily.
Awful and nasty nurses in the surgical recovery floor. They sent me off with issues I had to go to Rochester hospital to get fixed, Absolute disgrace of a hospital Portsmouth nh has for staff, and I was assaulted by being jabbed at in the chest by a guard an hour after surgery. They were nasty to my care taker and withheld medication as punishment, that's illegal and abusive and I'll be filing a suit.
