I had a terrible experience at the Portsmouth ER in Dover and now I’m trying to get financial assistance for my balance and I’m told I have to owe at least $1200 and be able to pay at least $25. No help at all so I guess I will end up in collections. I have f/a at WD and Exeter. I wish I knew it wasn’t WD.

Amazing care in the labor and delivery/maternity ward. I’m so glad we made the change to deliver at Portsmouth. From the second we walked in we received top notch care and service. The staff from the doctors to room service were all incredible. Even though they were really busy, we never felt rushed or forgotten about. I cannot thank everyone enough.
From the moment my husband and I arrived at the hospital, the staff made us feel as comfortable as possible. Our entire birthing experience was excellent from top to bottom. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in what can be a very hectic time. We want to thank Dr. Scoones, Dr. Nelson, Dr. Keup, all the nurses (Shauna, Chelsea, Cheri, Cody, and Lyndsey) the lactation specialists and the massage therapists.
I just had a brief stay at PRH and the team I had supporting me were the best!! Give it up for “3rd floor Surgical!!” 🙌🏼 Each and every Doctor, Nurse, NA and housekeeping person I came in contact with were amazing to me!! I would recommend PRH to anyone and everyone that’s looking for superb care in a place no one ever wants to be.
Our Adult Son in ICU with severe head trauma. Shockingly Unprofessional attitudes among Doctors and Nurses in ICU, suppressing any family advocacy, by punitively restricting access to status updates by telephone, since families are not able to see their loved ones in hospital or be in ICU waiting area during pandemic as would normally be the case. Was only suppose to be there on third floor surgical one night ended up there 6 night. The nurses i had most of them amazing.(Stephanie) was the best. Made thing a little easier considering i couldn’t have visitors
