They have been under remodel construction for quite a while. My dad was displaced and sent to apartment next door for about 8 months until they finished his already tiny 500sqft apartment. Then moved back just to have to move out temporarily due to the elevator breaking down as he is on the 6th floor and unable to go up and down stairs and many appts to get to. The management and staff are totally amazing. They're the most wonderful people I have ever rented from. The apartment building is a mix with young people professionals, and retired. Management looks after the building well and responds to problems quickly. it is a decent, affordable place for someone that is getting started in their career or that is retired.
