Very kind and patient, with age appropriate distractions and introductions to a potentially scary environment.
Such wonderful staff, attentive and patient service, both my kids (12 & 5 years old) leave every appointment with big smiles. They take the time to explain anything that's going on, and all show they truly care.
We changed dentists as my son’s last dentist was clearly not up to par. I wasn’t sure how he would do because his last dentist would just glance in his mouth and send us on our way but the dental tech was super patient with him and made him feel super comfortable. She showed him each tool that she was using which made him more comfortable and explained everything extremely well for him. Very curious 4yo.
