Monica and Dr. West were amazing with my one year old son at his first dentist appointment today. They sang songs, kept him in my lap during the whole exam, showed him all their tools slowly, and educated me about keeping his baby teeth healthy. It's clear they care deeply about children!
My kid looks forward to all the toys in the waiting room. Everyone is kind, patient, and knows how to be silly with a kid to help them feel comfortable and fun at the dentist.
Personally I’ve been to a lot of dentist in my life and this one by far takes the cake! Great communication and explaining to help me understand my daughter’s upcoming visit! 5 stars is not enough!!!
