My son endured a grueling 14 hour surgery and was transferred to the ICU… what a NIGHTMARE!!! Nurse Raven Ivey, Nurse Brandon and the ICU supervisor Dr Butlin put my son through hell with their total mismanagement of his pain care directly after surgery.
