Again, I had my faith in this place. Never any worries!
Initially I went in looking to get a base model Optima, but not really sure what to expect. My Father who about half a year ago got a deal on a Serento, referred me to Bill. I must say I've never had a more soothing negotiation, Bill was awesome. He doesn't nag you or pressure you into a deal, great people skills!
Staff is so accommodating here. They listen to what your needs are in a car and don't pressure you into an upsale. Always great service when I come in for an oil change/check up.
Port Kia gave us a great car buying experience. They totally listened to what our needs were and voila we have a wonderful car that works for us! Made our trade-in easy. Everyone was warm and friendly ... not fake at all. If you aren't sure what you want to buy, talk to Joel and he'll get you headed in the right direction. Thanks all for a great experience.

I stopped into Port Kia wanting to buy or lease a new Soul. Having just finished my bankruptcy I wasn't sure what to do or how to go about getting a new car. David took great care of me. I wasn't able to go with a new car because of my credit rating but David helped me with a beautiful 2012 Soul with low mileage and in great shape (it still smells new) David worked with me & got me the payment I could afford and I couldn't be happier. Best Dealership experience EVER!!!! I went in for service and unlike what I thought to be true the service was priced at half of other estimates I had received. The people were so friendly, honest and helpful I was stunned! What I had dreaded for weeks turned out to be an amazingly pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them!
