Dr Clairmont and the entire staff are absolutely tremendous. They are patient (no pun intended), they listen, really listen, and they do care about our health. Most importantly, they are kind. They are quick to pass information to the doctors, they follow up on any and all needs and are great about getting medications and prior authorizations submitted to everyone and anyone. I have been going to Dr. Schwartz for 40 years and have always found him informative, helpful, patient … and he has been able to deal with all of my problems.
What I like most about Lisa Roseberry is how well she listens. She gives me time to explain my symptoms and what I've tried. She's attentive and concerned but then makes practical suggestions. I like to be proactive about my health but when I hit a snag, it's great to have an expert like Lisa to troubleshoot. Last time as I left her office, she asked me to let her know if I continued to have problems because there were other options to try. I felt supported and hopeful. Had been suffering with severe arm,shoulder, neck pain with pinched nerve numbing my thumb. Sam gave me prednisone and muscle.relaxers and suggested Bodywise for PT and I will forever be grateful. Ieas in pain for almost 2 weeks and after 2 sessions a d home exercises I am on my way to recovery!
Got a quick appointment for an annoying condition. Lisa was wonderful and ordered the necessary tests to figure out what was going on. Great experience.
