I will speak vaguely about the situation to protect names of those affected but The Portsmouth City Health Department is misinterpreting public health initiatives concerning the pandemic and quarantining people who are asymptomatic and have no exposure to persons testing positive to Coronavirus. I work as an Instrument Technician for the Portsmouth City Health Department. I volunteered to work River Days. My job was to allow citizens to use mosquito spray as they came into the concert venue. I was told by every citizen that they were so happy we had this service and heard nothing but praise from them The product that was chosen by our Environmental Staff was perfect, it was organic, smelled good and I received zero complaints about it's effectiveness. I would rate PhD at 1/5 stars...because they let scrum bags like "JAMES JORDAN" get away with harboring bed bugs, roaches, and a lot more in their rental properties. Tell me...how does a rental stay open when they don't meet city and state building codes? It's beyond me..unless he sells enough pills to make enough money to pay off the city.????
