I had a windshield replaced today and received exceptional service. The office gal I spoke to yesterday about the repair was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to my schedule request. Today's technician was on time, efficient, friendly and did a superior job replacing the windshield, and putting back on the state inspection sticker, and the E-Z pass on the new windshield along with cleaning new windshield. They have outstanding customer service and are extremely responsive and try to work around your schedule.
