Dan, the owner, was fantastic 18 years ago when he advised us and then installed beautiful Hunter Douglas shades. He is that special kind of person you want to deal with when you are buying a product. We have been so very pleased,, And, he is fantastic today too. Recently, I had a large shade that needed repair. We love our new HD Silhouette Shades - beautiful! It has been our pleasure to meet both Dan and Joey. Dan came over, took our measurements, I knew what I was looking for and he made the project very easy. Dan not only is quite knowledgeable and helpful, but the cost of the project was so reasonable. Dan and Joey are terrific! I had a large blind in need of repair. They not only fixed it, they didn't charge me a nickel (despite my insistence to pay them for their time and effort!). Really great experience and I will be coming back to them again.

Dan, the owner, was fantastic to work with! He was incredibly responsive and had someone out to measure my company's windows on the same day I first spoke to him. From there, I received a quote shortly thereafter (which was very reasonable!) and Dan kept me updated on the status of our order. Our shades were installed within 24 hours of delivery and they look fantastic. Thank you!!
