Jon went above and beyond to find me a more affordable flood policy with increased coverages. He saved me $600 on my premium. I didn’t even know he was soliciting quotes for me so his email about the huge savings was a fantastic surprise!
Everytime I call, the staff is friendly and helpful. I love that they recognize my name (or act like they do). Last year I particularly appreciated the proactive service provided when my auto rates went up and Cathy, on her own, reached out to Safeco. Don'e be fooled by all of those expensive commercials you see for other companies. Someone has to pay for that marketing and it's the policyholders. Give Portsmouth Atlantic a try. You have nothing to lose and lots to potentially gain.

They are the best Insurance Company that I have ever worked with. When adding an additional driver last summer the rate increase was horrific they found us another insurer and the rates were considerably lower. Also adding a new vehicle was seamless with Portsmouth Atlantic. They are Great.

Jessica is very knowledgeable about the companies they broker, as well as the coverages they offer. She found very competitive rates from multiple companies, and even went above and beyond contacting the Underwriters to ensure we were given the best rate possible. Typical middleman. I was receiving correspondence directly from my carrier that my "agent" didn't know about until I contacted them. I am not satisfied. Off to another agency.
