I have dealt with Portside Real Estate twice and both times, I found their agents to be unpleasant and unprofessional (one even shamelessly displayed compromised ethics). There are many other realtors in Portland, and I'd recommend using them over Portside. The first time I used them for my buyer's agent and I promised I would never use them again. Unfortunately, I rent an office through them at 522 Washington Ave. and trying to wrap up my lease has been also been a very unpleasant experience.
