Had the best experience buying my new dmax at Portside Isuzu. Jesse the salesman made the process easy a kept me informed of the whole process. Jesse went above and beyond to find me the colour car that I wanted even with extremely limited numbers in stock. Thanks Jesse and Portside for an awesome buying experience. Not a good experience.Pre ordered d max.Never got a call to say it arrived.Added extra accessories before I paid deposit or let alone even viewed the ute.Original salesperson left.New salesman was pushy,arrogant.Went elsewhere and had a very pleasant experience.Dont recommend.1 star says it all.
I purchased a new Dmax in 2023, the car had paint issues, I have lost count of the times the vehicle has had to go back to have this rectified. Nearly 2 years later I’m still waiting to have a decal on a repainted panel replaced for the third time due to their inability to complete quality repairs. My vehicle also requires a warranty front suspension repair (which their senior salesman told me wasn’t an issue for my vehicle at the time of purchase) Portside confirmed it is eligible (after I received notification from Isuzu) ... read more
The cars are nice, and we ordered one mid-late May. The salesman who completed our sale and delivery today (same as yesterday) has an attitude that is second to none. While speaking to the salesman on the phone yesterday (he rang to confirm delivery today) he advised that if I was not happy, I was welcome to go elsewhere to purchase our next vehicle. Has a terrible experience with this dealer. Firstly I dropped in to have a look at a car I was interested in buying it was just before they closed as I was on my way home from work, the guy said are you ok, I said I just wanted to have a Quick Look at the mux and organise time to come back and have a proper look, he said no we are closing now. He took my number and said he’d call me, he never did. A week later on a Saturday I rang to ask if I could test drive he said yes. The car was out on a test which was fine as I waited ... read more
