I purchased a new Dmax in 2023, the car had paint issues, I have lost count of the times the vehicle has had to go back to have this rectified. Nearly 2 years later I’m still waiting to have a decal on a repainted panel replaced for the third time due to their inability to complete quality repairs. The cars are nice, and we ordered one mid-late May. The salesman who completed our sale and delivery today (same as yesterday) has an attitude that is second to none. While speaking to the salesman on the phone yesterday (he rang to confirm delivery today) he advised that if I was not happy, I was welcome to go elsewhere to purchase our next vehicle. Has a terrible experience with this dealer. Firstly I dropped in to have a look at a car I was interested in buying it was just before they closed as I was on my way home from work, the guy said are you ok, I said I just wanted to have a Quick Look at the mux and organise time to come back and have a proper look, he said no we are closing now.
