I moved into portside apartments a month ago. Where do I start? This place is horrible. Our apartment was not move in ready. The carpet is filthy we had to clean it ourselves. The shower faucet dripped for weeks before they fixed it, no outlet cover, broken drawer and shelf in fridge, dirty base boards, broken slider, storage door lock broken, tile lifting in bathroom, rusty shelf in laundry room.
