I bought my place 2 years ago and it's the biggest mistake I could make. Looked all perfect and move in ready minus the couple things inside I had the money to update over time just for it to leak In several ways the first time it stormed so I spent a few thousand having work done on the roof just to find out from the AC guys doing work on the AC that my house was basically collapsing underneath so I spent several more thousand having the whole place re-leveled and then needed to fix the sealant that I put on the roof the AC... read more
